With an aging potential of up to 7 years, our favorite sexy-ass grape pairs well with cheese and charcuterie, chicken, salmon or carnitas (we prefer it with premium aged Gouda). We were always told not to pick a favorite, but this wine and vineyard is one of our absolute favorite expressions of our favorite grape.
