From the exceptional organic Kick On Ranch vineyard comes our third release of one of our favorite Austrian white varieties. A perfect balance of granny smith apple, Meyer lemon, kiwi and seaside salinity. Each sip has natural acidity with a mid-palette silkiness and playfully tart finish. The wine pairs beautifully with lemon caper dover sole or spicy Thai.
