Introducing DIMENSION, named after the Dim family and the ever-changing dimensional aspects of beautifully crafted wines. Our founder and winemaker, Billy, has lovingly curated a list of four wines in honor of each member of his family in an effort to transport you -at least sensationally- to another dimension... Everything about this program is thoughtfully done with only 100 cases of each wine produced annually. As each wine is named after a member of the Dim family, we hope it showcases not only the incredible scents, flavors, and complexity of select, premium Santa Barbara County Vineyards; but also gives you an insight into each family member, their season, their unique personality, and what each wine means to us.
We hope this wine will make you smile and tickle you from the bottom of your soul just like Ezzie does for us each and every day.
You know our love for all things Summer. For us, Summer is happiness. It’s travel, living, and enjoyment - all while eagerly awaiting the ripening fruit of the vine. Like Summer, Stacey has our heart.
Fall is the season of change, but it is also the season of choices. At the winery we begin to see the new wines take form and transition from primary to secondary fermentation. Côte Bodhi is an homage to the famous region in Northern Rhône with Ballard Canyon Syrah at its heart and a playful hint of Viognier on the palate.
A bold and beautiful wine that will continue to evolve overtime. We like to joke, name your favorite berry, and you'll taste it in this wine... except for Strawberry which is ironically Billy's favorite.
