2022 Happy Canyon L'Orange

Our second Orange in the Summer Somewhere Wines family, and we cannot get enough. This year's Orange has a primary focus on Viognier complemented by our Sauvignon Blanc creating a mysterious flavor palette. This silky smooth orange has a flavor profile of crème brûlée, Asian pears, kumquats, cantaloupes and gardenia. Discover notes of marzipan, grand marnier or flambé. We’re enjoying this wine with prosciutto wrapped cantaloupe with flakey sea salt and an olive oil drizzle. 

Orange wine is produced by leaving the skins on the grapes during the fermentation process. This allows for full body flavor and texture on the mid-palette and creates the golden, orange coloring in the bottle. At the end of the day, this is a white wine with a lot of personality!
