Happy Canyon has become a special place for Sauvignon Blanc in Santa Barbara County. Being one of the areas newest AVAs located farther inland, its slightly higher temperatures and longer sun exposure offer full rippening of this wonderful, bright and aromatic Bordeaux white that we all love.
